Da Giorgio Ristorante is a reflection. Look around the eatery and you will see Giorgio Oldano reflected in everything - from the interior design of the restaurant to the creation of the menu. Giorgio, a fifth generation chef from the Asti region of Northern Italy, has blended more than 30 years of restaurant experience in to Da Giorgio Ristorante.

Because Chef Giorgio is passionate about cooking, he is strictly, "hands on" throughout his restaurant.  He bakes his own bread. He prepares the desserts. The herbs he uses are from his own garden. He knows who has the freshest produce, and accordingly, they know he will only accept the best.
